Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Rael was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
