Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Rael was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rael decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
