History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second son.
