History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Naeris is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Naeris was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Fletcher soon after.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.
