Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
