History: Quarion lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Arannis was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
