History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Laucian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Laucian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Uthemar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern
