Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Ahvain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and someone believes him a fraud

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy silver hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A true patriot, Halimath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Halimath was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halimath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Standing 5'3", this man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: Azaki is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.
