He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a sellsword again

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
