Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Koeth studied abroad. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists.
