History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: Ivellios was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
