History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
