Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He likes to wear white tank tops with blue pants. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Paelias was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
