History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
