He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a Navigator soon after.

His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
