To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Soveliss. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north to a Herbalist, Tharivol learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody.
