Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Healer and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to get a good night's sleep
