Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
