Personality: He is fixated on the number 60. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a great chef.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion.
