History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his writing dream.

He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Carrie was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
