History: Gifted from a young age, Aelar studied abroad. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gennal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His hair is long and auburn with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Ahvain was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ahvain never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
