Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Lucan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
