History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Tharivol was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
