History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. Personality: Peren speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
