It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
