History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
