History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage.
