History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lucan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
