History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shepherd. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Riardon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
