Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Mindartis was born the youngest of three triplets. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
