Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
