Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a fancy black suit. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Rael is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
