Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Heian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
