History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Theren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
