History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a Fortune-teller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
