Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has shaved his head bald. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He takes great joy in being the best Shipwright in town.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Carrie liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to get a good night's sleep
