Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
