History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Uthemar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
