Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details.
