Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Koeth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Koeth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Himo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Miner. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the south to a Actor, Rolen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rolen has worked very hard to control his curse. He now owns his own business.
