Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears baggy grey pantaloons and a green scarf. His red hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and seeks redemption

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Naal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Naal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
