Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Lucan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Immeral learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
