Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.
