History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When Lucan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
