Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
