Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heian's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Beggar, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
