Personality: Laucian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
