Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is golden and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears long strands of amethyst and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the west. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a pastel feathered hat and pastel clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This tall, slender man has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
