Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing a long, white cloak. His hair is long and black with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Naal has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to unite with his sister
