He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'8" when asserting himself. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has blue eyes.

Personality: Laucian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and he feels kind of lost in life
